We stand 100% behind our products, some of you may have noticed we often take a while to bring things to market and that is because during development we are constantly revising, testing, and abusing our prototypes to ensure functionality and prevent failures when it counts. If you have a failure of any of our parts (that wasn't caused by negligence or stupidity) we will replace or refund you happily. 

If for any reason you decide our parts aren't for you and want to return or exchange them please reach out to us via e-mail for authorization: arid.engineering@gmail.com

Once your items are received and checked a refund will be issued.

Items will be refunded in full if they are found to be free from any blemishes or damage, minus original shipping cost.

If they have any blemishes/damage you'll receive 60-80% of the PART cost refunded based upon damages/blemish. Again, no original shipping cost will be refunded.
